All our orders are delivered by UPS. Orders can be tracked and diverted to your chosen safe place or a neighbour. You can also track & divert your parcel using the UPS website or mobile app. Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an order despatch email. You can view your tracking details in your order despatch email.
MPORTANT: Packages ordered via UPS will be delivered to the chosen address (e.g., home, workplace) or a Relay Point if you are not present during delivery. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number that will allow you to monitor your package in real-time. However, if you are not present during delivery, the package will be automatically handed over to the nearest UPS Relay Point. Track UPS packages and contact Relay Points on the carrier's website.
We aim to deliver orders placed using our Standard Delivery service within 3 - 4 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.
Orders placed after 12pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered within 3 - 4 days after. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped on Monday.
